The Nokia 5300 is a music phone and has a very good music player which can play music files in a multiple number of formats. These formats are the MP3, MIDI, AAC, AAC+, Enhanced AAC+ and WMA. The capability to play such a large number of formats makes this music player very versatile. The user therefore need not worry about the format of the song that he wants to listen and just enjoy the music. The handling of the music feature is also very advanced with four music keys which are the play key, the pause key , the forward key and the rewind key. The user can repeat the song as many times as he wants by using the rewind option and carry on to the next choice with the help of the forward key.

Apart from the music player there is also a FM radio which enables the user to have a great time by listening to his favourite music channel. This is a handsfree phone which comes with a high quality speaker and thus the quality of the sound is improved. Music also is expressed in the vivid types of ringtones that this handset can play.
