Sony Ericsson K508i is one of those handsets which fare well in terms of the facilities that they provide for roaming. This is a mobile phone which has a Tri band system and has three GSM networks. These networks are the GSM 1900, the GSM 1800 and the GSM 900. The user has the choice of 4 browsers. Hence there is the WAP 1.2.1 browser and there is also the WAP 2.0 browser. Apart from these two there is the xHTML browser and the WTLS browser.

Memory being the best:
The handset has about 12 MB in internal memory and also has up to 7 hours of talktime. In addition to this, the handset also has a standby time of up to 300 hours. Therefore the mobile phone has considerable memory capacity and the talktime is also decent.


Weight and Lightweight both:
This handset is very light and weighs 88 gms. Also the dimensions are quite perfect for handling the mobile phone.
